Shareware v1.0.3 released

Shareware v1.0.3 has been released. It contains the following changes:
- Changed keyboard controls to be more complete. Cursor keys and WASD can now be used to aim and change clubs
- Modified putter so that minimum possible shot power will always move the ball at least a tiny amount for the super fast "double click" shots when ball is very close to hole
